Privacy

This page explains what happens to details you send to Builders Clean.

Quote form

The quote form sends your name, email, phone number, postcode, message, the page you were on, and your browser type to our form handler so we can reply about a clean. We use those details to answer the enquiry. We do not publish them.

Reviews

If you submit a review, your name and the review text may be shown on the reviews page. Your email is kept so we can tell a genuine note from an empty one, and is not displayed.

Email and WhatsApp

If you email contact@builders-clean.org.uk or message on WhatsApp, we use that conversation to arrange the visit. There is no telephone number on this website.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiry records are kept long enough to quote, book and handle a follow-up question about the same job, then removed in the ordinary course of business.
