What people notice first
The request usually arrives when a fit-out has overrun and staff are due in on Monday. Glass is filmed, the WC was a site toilet, and the floor has cable offcuts. If the unit is still a building site with no power, it is too early.
Prep and after
Before we arrive, and the day after
Give us access, power and water, and a time when sanding has stopped. Protect new furniture by bringing it after the clean. If IT fitters return with trunking, expect a short sparkle before the open day.
How long it should last
A commercial clean holds until the next messy trade. It is not a daily office contract. If you need the unit kept tidy for a week of snagging, say so and we will quote the return visit rather than imply the first clean survives it.

Will you remove a skip’s worth of fit-out waste?
No. Pallet waste, ceiling tiles and rubble need a waste carrier. We take small rubbish that is part of the clean once the bulk is gone.
Do you cover shops and studios as well as offices?
Yes, when the work is an after-fit-out clean of a finished unit. Say what the space is. A restaurant deep-clean of a working kitchen is a different brief. Describe it on the form.
How is a commercial clean priced?
On area, how many WCs and tea points, how much glass, how heavy the dust is, and whether we are in during the day or out of hours. You get a quote, not a price per desk published online.
