Prep and after
Before we arrive, and the day after
Have the last trade finished before we arrive. Do not bring sofas in until the sparkle is done if you can avoid it. Air the rooms afterwards. A light vacuum the next morning is normal as airborne dust settles.
How long it should last
A sparkle holds if nobody sands or cuts in the property afterwards. If more messy work is planned, wait. Doing the sparkle too early wastes the visit.

Can a sparkle remove paint spots?
Light spots and label residue can be included when we have seen them. Heavy paint, adhesive and silicone are quoted as paint and adhesive removal so the time is honest.
Is a sparkle the same as an end-of-tenancy clean?
No. A sparkle follows building work. An end-of-tenancy clean is for lived-in wear, limescale from daily use and inventory photos after occupation. Say which one you need on the form.
