The property should be empty enough to move around. Trades should be out for the day. After the clean, move in from the clean rooms and keep dusty tools out. Book a sparkle only if someone must return to snag.
How long it should last
A full property clean is the right single visit when the work is finished. It does not stay perfect if carpet fitters or painters return for three more days. Plan the date for the end of messy work, not the middle.

What does a full property builders clean include?
Every finished room on the quote, including kitchen, bathrooms, stairs, internal glass and floors. It is one visit for the whole home, not a single-room special.
Do you clean the garden and driveway?
No. This is an internal clean. External paving can be discussed only as a separate, clearly quoted extra, and rubble is still a waste job.
Can you do the whole house in one day?
Many flats and smaller houses, yes. Large houses with heavy dust are quoted on the time they actually take. We do not promise every house is a single morning.
What if one room is unfinished?
We leave it out and price the finished rooms. Cleaning an unfinished room, then watching it get sanded, is wasted money.
Is a full property clean the same as a sparkle?
No. The full clean includes the heavier dust and debris. A sparkle is a later, lighter pass.
